First look at swanky new roof deck at downtown Dallas' Drever project

Rooftop decks are becoming all the rage in Dallas — both with new commercial buildings and redevelopments of older projects.
Developers who are redoing the former First National Bank tower downtown may win the competition for the most elaborate recreation area on the skyline.
Drever Capital Management has released updated photos of its latest plans for the ninth-floor amenity deck of its $240 million redevelopment of the Elm Street tower.
The 52-story former office high-rise is being converted into a combination of apartments, retail, office space and hotel rooms.
Some of the plans for that roof deck include:
•   An infinity swimming pool.
•   Dog park with doggie day care and grooming.
•   Green space for yoga and exercise classes.
•   Bocce ball court.
•   A putting green.
•   Several lounge areas.
