Victory Park tower set for August move-ins

Victory Park tower set for August move-ins

23-story building to include movie theater, ground-floor retail

Developers building one of four new towers in Dallas’ Victory Park project say the first apartments in a 285-unit residential building will be ready for tenants in August.

Lennar Multifamily Communities is building the tower called The 23 on Victory Avenue east of Stemmons Freeway.

The 23-story building will have 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a Cinépolis Luxury Cinema 700seat movie theater.

“We’re excited to reach this milestone, as it means we’re inching closer to our goal of officially adding much-needed luxury housing to the fantastic Victory Park neighborhood,” John Allums, Texas divisional president of LMC, said in a statement.

“The area’s newfound vibrancy has created buzz throughout the Dallas market, and we believe it’s perfect timing to add an amenity-rich community that will deliver a firstclass experience for our residents.”

The project will have studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom units. The building will have a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, 8,000-square-foot sun deck, catering kitchen and dining room, lounge areas and private work spaces.
