CBRE wins big office leasing deal in Victory Park adjacent to the American Airlines Center

It took a big real estate brokerage to win the office leasing of two buildings adjacent to the American Airlines Center in Victory Park.

Global brokerage firm CBRE won the office leasing assignment for Victory Plaza, two, five-story office buildings totaling 183,130 square feet flanking the American Airlines Center at 3030 and 3090 Olive St. in Dallas.

This is the latest in several steps the ownership of Victory Park is doing to differentiate the district from anywhere else in the Dallas office market, said Lance Fair, COO of Estein USA and vice president of Victory Park.

"Victory Plaza offers tenants the opportunity to be part of Victory's revitalization, and we are excited to have the CBRE team in place," said Fair, in a statement.

Victory Park is undergoing a massive redevelopment that will transform the mixed-use neighborhood into a destination district with new streetscape design, wayfinding, signage and new restaurants and retail shops.

The upgrades have, in part, attracted apartments with 1,400 new units under development, and helped develop 83,000 square feet of new restaurant and retail space, which is expected to be delivered soon.

By early 2018, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas - Victory Park is expected to open its new 750-seat theater, which will be its first of more cinemas in North Texas.

Victory Plaza, which is owned by UST Victory Park, has two full floors totaling 50,000 square feet of office space and signage options available. The site is an ideal location to recruit and retain talent, said Jackie Fraker Marshall, vice president at CBRE.

Marshall and Tommy Nelson of CBRE's Dallas office will oversee the leasing assignment of Victory Plaza on behalf of the landlord.
