Software and business service firm headed to Oak Lawn tower

San Francisco-based software and business services firm is expanding in Dallas with a large office near Uptown. has rented over 18,000 square feet of office space on the third floor in the Centrum building at Cedar Springs Road and Oak Lawn Avenue in Oak Lawn.
Owner Quadrant Investment Properties is spending $24 million to revamp the 30-year-old high-rise new exterior and inside designs. partnered with real estate service and shared office firm LiquidSpace to move its new office to the Centrum.
"In order to secure a flexible lease agreement for, the transaction required a forward-thinking ownership company like Quadrant Investment Properties, along with the right space, location and foresight to accommodate Salesforce's objectives." Charlie Morris, a principal of Avison Young, said in a statement.
The Centrum office space will allow to expand its Dallas sales team.
LiquidSpace works with startup firms and large companies that want an alternative to a traditional long-term lease. The company provides shared office and more traditional workplace environments.
