Roof Terrace And Wine Bar Could Pass For Hospitality Amenities

With renovations complete, there is an increase in office leasing activity at the Galleria.

Kimley-Horn will be relocating from Park Central 7 to Two Galleria Tower located at 13455 Noel Rd., occupying the space in July 2017, according to CBRE. The planning, engineering, surveying and landscape architecture firm signed a 45,646-square-foot lease.

CBRE Global Investors recently completed $19 million in capital improvements in the 1.418 million-square-foot office towers including a new parking system with license plate recognition, a fitness center, upgrades to the lobby and elevator cabs, a wine bar, tenant lounge and rooftop terrace as well as multiple conference centers.
The parking system was the first of its kind in a North American office building when it was initially installed. The system includes license plate recognition technology that provides easy in and out access, electronic signs that display the number of spaces available on each level and overhead LED lights to alert drivers of open spots on each row, similar to the system at DFW Airport and other retail centers around the country, learns.
“With the renovations complete, we are seeing an increase in leasing activity at the Galleria Office Towers,” said Celeste Fowden, senior vice president, CBRE.
Fowden, Shannon Brown and Kenzie Killgore with CBRE’s office leasing team in Dallas represented the landlord, CBRE Global Investors. Charles Daggett, Dina Zavislak, Stephen Hemphill and Jenny Aust Turner with Mohr Partners represented Kimley-Horn in the lease.
“The Galleria office towers offered us the amenities and location that we wanted,” said Aaron Nathan, Texas regional leader of Kimley-Horn. “We are excited about this opportunity to be in a class-A building with immaculate renovations that offers a great work environment for our employees.”
