D-FW leads country in demand for new warehouse and distribution buildings

Dallas-Fort Worth topped the country in first quarter demand for warehouse and distribution buildings.

Expanding and relocating industrial tenants leased an additional 6.8 million square feet of North Texas warehouse space, commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield reports.

Nationwide Cushman & Wakefield counted about 58 million square feet of net warehouse leasing.
