When New York-based advertising and marketing giant Saatchi & Saatchi began looking for a site for a large North Texas office, real estate brokers were expecting the deal to land in Plano.
That’s where one of Saatchi & Saatchi’s biggest clients – Toyota Motor Corp. – is building its new North American headquarters.
Instead, Saatchi & Saatchi has picked one of Uptown’s newest office blocks for its expansion.
Saatchi & Saatchi is growing its North Texas footprint in part due to Toyota’s move here from Southern California.
But the international advertising firm isn’t putting its new operation in the north suburbs.
Saatchi & Saatchi has rented more than 50,000 square feet of office space in the new McKinney & Olive tower under construction on McKinney Avenue.
