Dallas one of top U.S. warehouse building markets

The North Texas industrial building boom has made the Dallas area one of the top warehouse building markets in the country this year.
Dallas ranked second only to Southern California in the volume of new speculative warehouses added to the market this year, according to a new report by commercial real estate firm Avison Young.
Developers completed 12.5 million square feet of industrial space in the Dallas area this year and another 13.2 million square feet is still under construction.
