Trademark Property Co. launches micro-restaurant program at Fort Worth development

It’s not a business incubator, says Trademark Property Co., but the company’s newly-announced micro-restaurant program will focus on launching small businesses at Fort Worth’s Waterside development.
Trademark, Waterside’s developer, has set aside three to four spaces ranging between 600 square feet and 1,000 square feet within the development for “local, entrepreneurial, artisan” businesses, said Terry Montesi, Trademark’s CEO. The spaces were allocated as part of Trademark’s Conscious Place initiative, which aims to bring a community feel to Waterside.
