Dallas-based 7-Eleven’s new headquarters has been financed with a $41.5 million loan.
The 325,000-square-foot headquarters complex for the convenience store giant is under construction in Irving in the Cypress Waters development off LBJ Freeway.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. secured the 12-year loan for building developer Billingsley Co. with Pacific Life Insurance Co.
More than 1,300 7-Eleven employees will make the move from downtown Dallas to the new Cypress Waters offices at the end of this year.
7-Eleven will join Nationstar Mortgage, CoreLogic and Cheddar’s restaurants with offices in the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters development.
Billingsley Co. is building the entire development.
HFF’s Cullen Aderhold, Trey Morsbach and Chad Russell arranged the 7-Eleven building funding.
