An exclusive peek at Harwood's latest addition in Dallas: Frost Tower - By Candace Carlisle

Before Dallas-based Harwood International topped out its latest office project, the 22-story Frost Tower, it already had hit a leasing record for the development and investment firm of 94 percent.
Now, as the developer gets ready to hand over the tower to tenants, Harwood has less than 10,000 square feet left to lease, said Jihane Boury, Harwood's vice president and director of leasing.

"This was the first office building that we worked on that has 13,000-square-foot floorplates, and it worked out really well for every one of the tenants we have," Boury told the Dallas Business Journal during an exclusive hard hat tour of Frost Tower. "For Polsinelli, specifically as a law firm, it worked out great because they didn't need to be on a huge floorplate."The different practice groups went on different floors and they are connecting the 21st floor and the 20th floor with a staircase," she added.Sign up for our free Morning Edition and Afternoon Edition newsletters for the latest news on North Texas businesses.
So far, Harwood has signed Polsinelli for about 77,000 square feet, which includes a private outdoor terrace, The Rochon Family Office for the penthouse on the top floor of the tower and the namesake tenant, Frost Bank, which is leasing about 57,000 square feet in the tower.
