An Ohio-based high-tech firm is expanding to Texas with a new operation in Frisco.
Paycor Inc. – a Cincinnati company that provides human resources and payroll software and services – has rented an office in the Hall Office Park at the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway.
The new operation is an expansion for the company, which is growing from its current tech center in Cincinnati.
The City of Frisco provided economic incentives to land the deal in Hall Financial’s new 3001 Dallas Parkway building.
The new office will house product designers, engineers and other Paycor professional workers.
The facility will include 66 workstations plus project rooms, conference rooms and collaborative areas.
“The establishment of our facility in North Dallas provides our product teams with a highly engaging and collaborative workplace, while helping to grow our team by attracting the best technical talent,” Zhen Tao, Chief Technology Officer of Paycor, said in a statement.
Craig Wilson and Travis Boothe of commercial real estate firm DTZ negotiated the new office lease with Hall Financial’s Kim Butler, Tammy Nellis and Brad Gibson.
“They chose Frisco/Far North Dallas because of the abundance of the area’s skilled workforce,” Boothe said.
