A large development site that’s in play on the Katy Trail could bring new high-rise construction to the area.
The almost 4-acre Turtle Creek Terrace condos at Carlisle and Hall streets is being offered for sale to developers.
HFF is marketing the property, which stretches along the Katy Trail and overlooks Turtle Creek.
It’s one of the largest redevelopment properties up for grab in what is one of Dallas’ hottest neighborhoods.
The property was built in the 1960s and remodeled several times over the years.
The site is just a block from where the Perot family is building its new corporate offices on Turtle Creek.
And it’s across the street from the 17-story Taylor apartment high-rise that just changed hands.
The marketing team at HFF describe the property as “one of the city’s last opportunities to develop a truly iconic asset in a coveted location.”
