Architecture firm Huckabee Inc. plans to relocate its headquarters to Burnett Plaza in Fort Worth's central business district, a move that will accommodate the company's growth plans.
The firm signed a lease for 44,582 square feet of space at Burnett Plaza at 801 Cherry Street in Fort Worth, which will move its headquarters about six months from its current location on Hulen Street.
Huckabee plans to make the move into its new office this July.
The firm was focused on a number of options in Fort Worth's central business district prior to landing on Burnett Plaza, said Pat McDowell, a senior vice president at JLL, who led the company's real estate search.
The 40-story, 1 million-square-foot building gives the architecture firm options for near term and future growth plans, and is located near top-notch amenities, he said.
Red Oak Realty President Jack Clark represented the landlord, Behringer Harvard Burnett Plaza LP, in the deal.
