RamQuest to Consolitate HQ at IBP

DALLAS–RamQuest is consolidating its facilities and relocating its headquarters to International Business Park in Plano, Colliers International has announced. The company will occupy more than 28,000 square feet in the new location.

"International Business Park is an ideal location for our new corporate office,” says Steve Terry, CFO of RamQuest. “…The expanded office space will also enable us to increase staff and support our growth in the future.”

Daniel Rudd, with executive vice president with Colliers, told that the business is “consolidating two different business units” that were in two separate locations.

Rudd and Billy Vahrenkamp of Colliers represented RamQuest. Sean Dalton of Younger Partners represented the landlord, Billingsley Co., in the transaction.

RamQuest’s primary mission in the relocation was to house all of its subsidiaries into one location. This west Plano office is ideal since the building is on the North Dallas Tollway and centrally located for the majority of its employees.

“We are looking forward to having our team back in one location again,” says Paul Bandiera, president of RamQuest. “This move will promote new opportunities for our team to collaborate and further our ability to ensure the best possible experience for all of our customers.”

RamQuest will be a first-generation tenant in the shell-condition space, giving the company more flexibility for finish-out. Interior design and architecture firm Staffelbach was tapped for planning and design. Noel Ragin of Colliers will provide project management services to RamQuest. RamQuest will also have top-of-building signage at the new location.

“We were able to find a building that allows RamQuest the ability to construct the work space it envisions for its new corporate headquarters,” says Rudd. “This space meets their interior needs, and also aligns well with their overall business plan.”

“We’re thrilled to have such a prestigious and well-regarded firm join us at International Business Park,” says Lucy Burns, partner at Billingsley Co. “RamQuest is a clear leader in the technology industry and is a great fit for this building. Big thanks to Sean Dalton as well as Daniel and Billy from Colliers for bringing this lease across the finish line.”
