Caddo Holdings sold the 3500 Oak Lawn office building in Dallas to Westdale Real Estate Investment & Management.
A high-profile Oak Lawn office building and another property on North Central Expressway have changed hands.
Caddo Holdings LLC sold the 3500 Oak Lawn Avenue building at Lemmon Avenue and 4245 N. Central Expressway to Westdale Real Estate Investment & Management Co.
Westdale is a Dallas-based private investor with large holdings of apartments and commercial buildings.
3500 Oak Lawn is a 101,541-square-foot building constructed in 1980; 4245 N. Central Expressway has 87,292 square feet and was built in 1986 near Fitzhugh Avenue.
Eric Mackey and Gary Carr of CBRE Group brokered the deal. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Caddo Holdings recently sold two Uptown buildings to Investcorp.
The company is also still buying. It just acquired the 4228 N. Central Expressway office building, between Fitzhugh and Henderson avenues.
“We’re looking for similar product in good locations,” said Justin Engler, the Caddo partner who oversees acquisitions.
Caddo was formed in August 2009 by Engler, Tim Slaughter and Dustin Schilling.
