Crow Holdings building warehouse park in Southwest Dallas

Another warehouse project is getting underway in the Interstate 20 corridor in southern Dallas County.
Crow Holdings Capital Partners LLC said Wednesday that its developing a 2-building, 87-acre industrial park on I-20 at Grady Niblo Road.
The project which will start soon is planned to contain 1.3 million square feet of distribution and warehouse space.
The first building in the new Mountain Creek project will contain 630,000 square feet.
“The demand for bulk warehouse space in the South Dallas submarket, along with the economic momentum of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, has us very excited about this project,” Ben Doherty of Crow Holdings Capital Partners said in a statement. “Mountain Creek is a true industrial park that can cater to both national and regional users.”
CBRE Group is marketing the project.
McFadden & Miller is the general contractor, and Azimuth Architecture will design the buildings.
The project is just the latest in a string of new industrial developments popping up along I-20.
