Uptown Dallas’ new Frost Tower lands another large tenant

Frost Tower is still under construction and will open next spring.
Polsinelli PC, a  law firm from Kansas City that recently expanded to Dallas, has rented office space for a large new office in Dallas’ Uptown district.
Polsinelli has leased 77,000 square feet of office space on six floors of the new Frost Tower, which is under construction on McKinnon Street at the south entrance to the Dallas North Tollway.
The firm has had operations in the nearby Saint Ann Court for three years.
Developer Harwood International said Thursday that Polsinelli will move to Frost Tower after it opens next spring.
“We started in 2011 with three attorneys and the intent to expand based on demand and being optimally positioned to serve our clients’ needs timely and efficiently,” Jon Henderson, managing partner, said in a statement.
Since opening the office the operation has grown tenfold.
Jihane A. Boury and David O. Roehm of Harwood International negotiated the lease with Tom Tunnicliff and Scott Shelbourne, Mike Wyatt, Bill McClung and Robbie Baty of Cushman and Wakefield.
The 22-story Frost Tower will also house offices of Frost Bank and the Rochon Family Office.
The building is now more than 90 percent leased.
