Commercial real estate transactions
A local investor purchased a 20,840-square-foot office-warehouse building at 1321 Regal Row in Dallas. The sale was negotiated by Joseph W. Dingman of Orion Realty Advisors and Rich R. Young and Andy Folmer of the HBL Co.
An investor bought Holly Park, a 160-unit apartment property at 9710 Military Parkway in Dallas. John Barker of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
Books Squared leased 60,000 square feet of industrial space in Turnpike 5 at 3702-3706 La Reunion Parkway in Dallas. Blake Anderson and Davis Eseke of Cassidy Turley negotiated the lease with Wilma Warshak of Washington Real Estate Advisors LLC.
Shops & Salons Network leased 28,396 square feet at 7900 John Carpenter Freeway in Dallas. Jeremy Mercer of Mercer Co. negotiated the lease.
Reuseit LLC leased 11,607 square feet of warehouse space at 3407 Avenue D in Arlington. Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Chris Bly and Dan Lawson of Proterra Properties LLC.
