An Austin investor has purchased a Farmers Branch office building.
Capital Commercial Investments Inc. acquired the Two Hickory Centre at 1750 Valley View Lane, north of LBJ Freeway.
The building was purchased from Los Angeles-based Cathay Bank. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The 97,117-square-foot office building is about 40 percent leased to tenants including Beazer Homes, Bartlett Cocke and Border Foods.
“CCI continues its effort to acquire quality office space in the active and ever-growing D-FW market,” said Capital Commercial Investments president Doug Agarwal. “We are excited about the acquisition of Two Hickory Centre and look forward to working with the local brokerage community to lease and stabilize this exceptional building.”
