Ohio Investor Buys Coppell Shopping Center
Coppell Market is fully leased. (CBRE)
An Ohio-based real estate firm that specializes in grocery-anchored shopping centers has purchased a Coppell retail project.
Philips Edison & Co. bought the Coppell Market, a 90,225-square-foot retail center at the corner of North Denton Tap Road and State Highway 121.
The property was purchased from United Commercial Development. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The fully-leased retail project is anchored by a Market Street supermarket.
CBRE Group’s Chris Gerard, Chris Cozby and Kevin Holland brokered the sale.
Philips Edson also owns the Buckingham Square shopping center in Richardson. The company has more than 31 million square feet of shopping centers across the country.
