Houston investor buys Farmers Branch office tower

Houston-based commercial real estate investor Boxer Property Co. has added to its North Texas holdings.
Boxer has bought the 10-story 4100 Spring Valley office building in Farmers Branch.
The 153,387-square-foot office tower is located north of LBJ Freeway and near Midway Road. Tenants in the high-rise include Panda Energy, Comerica Bank and Joint Venture Business Center.
The building was developed in 1981.
Jack Crews and Evan Stone of Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the sale. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
