Developer KDC starts construction in Richardson for AdvoCare office and warehouse

Developer KDC – the firm building the huge State Farm complex in Richardson – has broken ground for a second project in the same area.
KDC is building a 260,000-square-foot office and warehouse project for AdvoCare International, the health and wellness company.
The 35-acre development is at 2800 Telecom Parkway and includes a 235,000 square foot warehouse and 2-story, 25,000-square-foot office building.
More than 100 AdvoCare workers will be located in the complex when it opens in July 2014. The firms will keep150 employees at its corporate headquarters at 2801 Summit Avenue in Plano.
