A Florida investor is close to a deal to buy a landmark Dallas skyscraper.
The 42-story Tower at Cityplace on North Central Expressway has been for sale since July.
HFF LP has been marketing the 25-year-old office high-rise and confirms the building is under contract.
Real estate brokers say that Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners is in line to buy the 1.35 million-square-foot tower located on the edge of Dallas’ booming Uptown district.
