Downtown Dallas Office Tower is Getting a Swimming Pool to Woo Apartment Renters

Commuters waiting on the train at DART’s St. Paul rail station may be curious what’s going on behind the big wooden fence in front of the One Dallas Center office tower.
Construction crews have been busy since late last year renovating the 30-story office tower into new corporate offices for HKS and Greyhound Lines.
But the current redo is just for the offices on the bottom half of the high-rise.
The upper portion of the building is set to become luxury apartments, according to a plan by developer Todd Interests and Moriah Real Estate of Midland.
Behind that fence at the DART station is where the swimming pool for the apartment residents will go.
The apartment renters will have a separate lobby and elevators, too.
