Dallas Real Estate Firm Buys Irving Business Park

A Dallas real estate investor has purchased an Irving office and industrial campus.

Quadrant Investment Properties LLC said Wednesday that it has acquired Union Bower Business Park, a 302,848 square foot, 6-building industrial park, located near Union Bower Road in Irving.

The Union Bower property was marketed by Ryan Boozer and Corby Hodgkiss of Mercer Co. Adam Graham of Lee & Associates represented Quadrant in the purchase.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We were attracted to Union Bower Business Park because it offers highly functional product with a diversified tenant mix,” Chad Cook, managing member, Quadrant Investment Properties, said in a statement. “We are going to immediately invest a significant amount of capital to update and improve the park.”
